Anna Jones is a vegetarian chef, food writer and stylist from England who recently came out with A Modern Way To Eat: Over 200 satisfying, everyday vegetarian recipes (that will make you feel amazing).

The book is a new favourite. I’m always on the hunt for modern, inventive vegetarian recipes that are packed with flavour.
