This mushroom, silverbeet and lentil dish makes a great addition to bruschetta.

Embrace all of autumn’s best flavours with this delicious vegetarian dinner. This is great as a topping for bruschetta, or tossed through pasta with crumbled feta or grated parmesan.

Preparation: 10 minutes (plus 20 minutes soaking time)

Cooking: 30 minutes
